The TFP Shoot Planner is a practical workbook for organising a photographer-model portfolio collaboration. It brings the brief, people, shot list, schedule and delivery plan into one place. It is a planning tool, not a legal contract.

Inside the planner

  • A worked example to help turn an idea into a realistic session.
  • Creative brief, visual direction and responsibilities for the team.
  • Shot list, timing and a backup plan for location or equipment issues.
  • Costs, approvals and a tracker for separately agreed image permissions.
  • Delivery checklist, follow-up and messages you can adapt.

A real preview, not just a cover

The images above show the actual workbook: the opening page and creative brief. The complete English file has 12 pages and fillable fields. Use a PDF reader that supports forms, save your copy and check it after reopening; printing is an alternative. It is not a Canva template or an online collaboration app.

Who is it for?

Photographers and adult collaborators planning a test shoot or portfolio project who want a shared plan before arriving on set. You choose the concept and creative decisions; the workbook does not prescribe a lighting formula or promise portfolio results.

What it does not replace

Agree services, delivery and rights separately using the free TFP agreement. For wider commercial image use, explore the adult model release. A completed planning checklist is not permission to publish.
